Colin Harris, P.E., LEED AP
Senior Project Engineer

Colin Harris is a Civil Engineer with six years of professional experience, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Minnesota and Washington State. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Colin recently relocated to the Twin Cities from Seattle.
Colin's professional experience within multi-disciplinary design firms has shaped his ability to work collaboratively to develop engineering improvement plans for construction. Previous design experience in public and private infrastructure projects adhering to Low Impact Design (LID) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards demonstrate his ability and commitment to develop future-oriented and sustainable solutions.
Colin is an avid bicycle commuter as well as a competitive mountain bike racer. His experiences and observations as a cyclist have shaped his desire to improve our transportation and mobility framework to expand non-motorized transportation choices across our region.
Colin is also an active musician in the Twin Cities, playing traditional Appalachian old-time string band tunes on fiddle, banjo, and guitar. He can be seen playing at various venues that host square dancing and concerts.
